1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 160,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 29, 2018 to the date of full payment.
1. Each of the following facts is recognized by comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence 1-1, 2, and 2-2:
A. The Plaintiff lent to the Defendant a total of KRW 100 million on August 1, 2015, and KRW 200 million on August 10, 2015, without specifically determining the due date for repayment.
B. From June 2018, the Plaintiff constantly notified the Defendant of the repayment of the above loan, but the Defendant paid only the sum of KRW 140 million to the Plaintiff around July 2018.
2. According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 160 million and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 29, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff, from September 29, 2018 to the day of full payment.
3. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable and acceptable.
