1. The Defendant who forged a private document or uttering a private document without due process for the transfer of legal names, and occupied and traded without permission, and the actual driver and the nominal owner of the registration enter the Internet C website, which is a brokerage site of one-person “Spool”, into a mobile phone with text messages, such as “personal. Registration Certificate. Seal No. 20, and 300,000 won, given without using a corporate registration certificate,” and “300,000,000 won, given in cash,” is a hub to repeatedly send such text messages as “personal. Registration Certificate.”, and to reissue a specialized registration certificate by forging documents.

Around October 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the office of registration of the vehicle in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) at the office of registration of the vehicle in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (c) at the above office of registration of the vehicle, the Defendant received 200,000 won in cash from D, the Daepo-gu, and requested the public official in charge of the above office to reissue the registration certificate of the FM7 vehicle registered in the name of E; and (d) without authority to exercise the re-issuance of the above registration certificate; (c) without authority, the Defendant forged one copy of the proxy form in the name of E, a private document concerning rights and duties by making a seal and sealing on E; and (d) upon applying for the re-issuance

In addition, from April 7, 201 to the above temporary date, the Defendant was requested by the large-scale vehicle business operator D, G, and the influenites who did not have required documents, such as power of attorney, on a total of four occasions as shown in the attached list of crimes, to reissue the registration certificate for the large-scale vehicle, and in the above manner, the Defendant forged the power of attorney in the name of the motor vehicle registration titleholder, and submitted a forged power of attorney to the staff in charge of the vehicle registration office who knew of the forged fact.
