1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 217,791,827 as well as KRW 31,764,167 as of January 16, 2020 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;

(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by service by public notice) shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor”.
