1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the annual amount of KRW 181,278,728 and KRW 142,340,719 from May 21, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Claim for performance against the Defendant, a joint guarantor, on September 25, 2013, as to the remaining principal and interest of the loans lent to Mamaman Tourism Co., Ltd. on September 25, 2013, and interest or delay damages claims
2. Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
