Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A serves as the chairperson of the victim E (hereinafter “victim E”) from June 15, 2006 to June 7, 2010, a person in charge of overall and financial management of the victim’s closing meeting. Defendant B is a person who served as the financial member of the victim’s closing meeting for the same period and served as the chairperson of the victim’s closing meeting and assisting Defendant A. Defendant C is a person in charge of the financial management of the victim’s closing meeting. Defendant C is a person who served as the general director of the victim’s closing meeting for the same period and served as the chairperson of the victim’s closing meeting, and was engaged in the preparation and management of documents, such as general affairs, minutes, etc., of the victim’s closing meeting, and Defendant D is a person who leased and operated the land owned by the victim’s closing meeting and the crowdfunding building from May 26, 2005.

Around May 12, 2001, Gwangju Northern-gu, a victim's end-up land (hereinafter referred to as the "land of this case") newly constructed a building "Hwa Holdings" (hereinafter referred to as the "this case") with the victim's end-up owner designated from the victim's end-up association as the owner of the right, and operated the crowdfunding Holdings in the unregistered state. On December 13, 2003, I leased the above land from the victim's end-up association while acquiring and operating the right of operation of the crowdfunding, and around May 26, 2005, I would be able to immediately withdraw the above land from the victim's end-up, and if the bereaved family members were to obtain the right of lease from the victim's end-up association, the victim's end-up owner was not able to claim for the removal of the land of this case by the victim's end-up ownership in lieu of the victim's right of lease."
