1. The remainder of 1,540 square meters F. F., Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, for an auction and the auction cost is deducted from the price.
Reasons
1. The plaintiff and the defendants are co-owners of the above land, and there was no agreement on the division among co-owners.
Since the above land cannot be divided into less than 2,00 square meters as farmland for which an agricultural production-based improvement project is implemented, the auction division shall be sought.
2. Judgment on deemed confession: Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act.
