The defendant is a person who is engaged in urban bus driving service belonging to B.

On October 9, 2018, the defendant operated the above city bus around 11:13, the defendant was stopped to get passengers to board and alight from the bus stops in the 1261 suburban bus stops in Anyang-si, Manyang-gu, Annyang-si, with the aim of getting passengers to board and alight from the safe side.
