A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.

Defendant

A is the representative of E, who is the main business of the power generation business, and the defendant Eul is the person who works as a director in charge of the business of the above corporation E.

F is the representative of G Co., Ltd. producing power generation facility boiler temperature control center parts, etc., H H is the Han Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. producing industrial boiler, heat exchangeers, heating lines, etc., the K Team vice head of the two mountain Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. constructing chemical power plants, L is the director of the two mountain Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. constructing a composite thermal power plant, the two mountain Construction M Team head of N, the N is the vice-director of the above two mountain Construction Team, and theO is the above two mountain Construction Team vice-director.

1. Defendant A

A. Around March 2012, the Defendant made a solicitation to the F Company F to the effect that “E may continue to be able to be able to be provided with a monopoly at a lower price than the arm’s length price when he is supplied with the part of the temperature control center from G” in relation to the G G’s total right to buy the power generation facility boiler boiler at the office located in Seongbuk-gu Q Buildings, Sungwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul. The Defendant granted to Han Heavy Industries H around February 10, 201, transferred KRW 2,00,000 to the account in the name of the above H, along with an unlawful solicitation, such as “supply of supply-related convenience and continuous transactional maintenance,” to the Han Heavy Industries H, which supplies boiler production parts at the office located in Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as well as KRW 2,50,000,000 on April 1, 2010, around July 20, 2010; and KRW 2,50,000,000 on or around July 20, 2010; around September 13, 2010; and around January 25, 2011.
