Purport of claim and appeal

(1) On December 30, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into the instant insurance contract with the insured as the Defendant. The collateral related to the instant case is as follows: (a) Henal heart disease diagnosis expenses 40,000,000 Na), E 100,000 per day for Hedic heart diseases in the instant insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as the “the instant special contract”) related to the instant case in the terms and conditions of the medical examination expenses for Hedic heart diseases in the instant insurance contract (hereinafter referred to as the “the instant special contract terms and conditions”); (b) the Plaintiff is compensated according to the terms and conditions of the first diagnosis for Hedic disease during the insurance period; and (c) the term “Hudic heart disease” means the Korean Standard Classification for Hedic Disease in the 4th Amendment (I20), the color certificate (I21), the 200,000 Hudic heart disease in the event that the insured has become final and conclusive; and (d) the 5th Ethic heart disease in the instant 2.

C) The diagnosis and confirmation of the Hemovascular disease must be conducted by a domestic hospital as prescribed by Article 3 (Medical Institution) of the Medical Service Act or by a person with a certificate of qualification of a medical doctor (excluding dentists) in a foreign medical institution recognized by the Plaintiff as equal to the above, and this diagnosis must be based on the heart, heart, portrait, hemphycing, crycing, and heart test in blood, etc. along with the medical history.
