The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
It is as shown in the facts constituting the crime in the attached Form of the official lawsuit room (Provided, That the person who is the defendant shall be dismissed as the defendant); Provided, That the list shall be
1. Applicable legal provisions: Articles 109 (1) and 36 of the Labor Standards Act;
2. Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act.
3. B following the institution of public prosecution on July 16, 2018: A written agreement shall be submitted to the effect that the defendant is not subject to punishment; 4. Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act
