The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a vehicle with Chump.

1. On September 4, 201, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license from the front day of the GSmaart in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., to the long day of the filial length distance in the same city north-gu.

2. The Defendant got to turn to the left the way of filial length, which is located in the northwest-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S. at the same time.
