1. As to KRW 268,801,219 and KRW 256,484,71 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall start from October 11, 2016 to January 8, 2017.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, “creditor” is deemed to be “Plaintiff”, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be “Defendant”). 2. The Defendant, at the date of pleading, led to the confession of the cause of the Plaintiff’s claim.
