1. On March 5, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C (a name) is deemed to have a food value on credit under the influence of alcohol at the F cafeteria operated by E located in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu around 19:20 on March 5, 201.

At the end, the milbling of the victim C(V, 59 years old) of E was fry and fryed by one hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant forced the victim C to commit an indecent act.

2. 피해자 E에 대한 범행 피고인은 전항과 같은 일시, 장소에서 피해자 E( 여, 53세 )으로부터 제지를 당하자, 피해자에게 욕설을 하면서 손으로 피해자의 왼쪽 젖가슴을 움켜쥔 채로 손으로 피해자의 뺨을 때리고, 피해자를 구석으로 밀치면서 주먹으로 피해자의 이마를 때린 다음 계속하여 피해자를 바닥에 넘어뜨린 후 피해자의 머리를 바닥에 찧게 하고, 손으로 피해자의 뺨을 수회 때리고, 손으로 넘어진 피해자의 젖가슴을 쥐었다.
