Reasons
1. A claim for refund of deposit on the ground that the lease contract concluded on February 12, 201 with respect to subparagraph 101 of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Building 101 between the applicant for the indication of the claim and the defendant has expired on February 22, 2013.
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 and the main sentence of Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
