Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the reasons for the application;
(2) Applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act: (a) The term "creditor" shall be deemed to be "Plaintiff" and "debtor" shall be deemed to be "defendant"; (b) the term shall apply mutatis mutandis.
