1. On January 10, 2014, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information, who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Confidentiality, etc.) at the Seoul Northern District Court on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of five years for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse on January 18, 2014.

A person subject to the registration of personal information shall submit the personal information, such as the actual place of residence, to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from the date the judgment becomes final and conclusive, and where the submitted personal information is changed, he/she shall submit the reason and details of the change to

Nevertheless, the Defendant submitted a modified information on the change of the actual place of residence to the Dacheon-dong, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, 2015 at around April 29, 2015, and then changed the actual place of residence to the brying bank in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu around June 29, 2015, but did not submit modified information within 20 days.

2. The Defendant violates the Military Service Act (2015dan587) is a person who serves as a social work personnel in the Echeon-si branch located in Jeju City from April 1, 2015.

Social work personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not work in the said Incheon District Court for two days from June 29, 2015 to June 30, 2015, for three days from July 1, 2015 to March 3, 2015, and for three days from July 6, 2015 to July 8, 2015 without justifiable grounds.

As a result, the defendant left his service for a period of at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
