A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 6,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

The Defendants are married couple.

1. At around 00:50 on August 16, 2020, Defendant A: (a) reported by the Defendant on the street side of the building in Ansan-si, and (b) reported to Defendant 112 to see that the Defendant did her work in front of the building; (c) was forced to her to collect a vision from Annsan Police Station E (Nam, 36 years old); (d) the Defendant was tightly pushed down the horse F by hand; and (e) attempted to her horse F by drinking; and (e) attempted to her horse F by drinking; and (e) her body was tightly pushed down.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers for 112 reports.

2. Defendant B, on the grounds that A is arrested on the same date and time as, at a place as, in the preceding paragraph, and on the grounds that A is arrested on the same ground as, the former part of the preceding paragraph, 5 times by taking five times the body of A, who was under possession, was taken five times from the border F entered in the preceding paragraph, and thereby, was removed from the border F entered in the preceding paragraph, thereby boming the border F, and pushed the border F in his hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers regarding the suppression of F's crime.
