1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On October 19, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a Ngim Health Insurance Agreement with the Defendant and his father/parent, and the major contents of the said Insurance Agreement are as follows.

Insurance period: From October 19, 2009 to October 19, 2014: the insured worker: At least 50% of the insurance amount (10,000,000 won) when a disability occurs due to injury to the Plaintiff’s income compensation (at least 50% of the disability)

(b) Main terms and conditions of indemnity for injury income (at least 50 per cent disability) in the special terms and conditions as follows:

Article 1 (Compensation for Loss) (1) If the insured has suffered an injury as prescribed in Article 6 (Compensation for Loss) of the General Terms and Conditions and the injury has been cured and the physical part has been lost within one year from the date of the accident as a direct result, or the payment rate prescribed in each subparagraph of the Disability Classification Table (Attachment 11 Reference) has been higher than 50% because the function has been permanently lost (hereinafter referred to as "after disability"), the company will pay the insured the total purchase amount of this Special Terms and Conditions to the insured.

6. Obstruction of spine;
