The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the lower court, in light of the evidence, it is justifiable to maintain the first instance judgment that the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In doing so, there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles concerning the crime of fraud, deception, etc. in a crime of fraud, without making all necessary deliberation as alleged in the grounds of appeal

In addition, the Supreme Court's decision pointed out on the grounds of appeal is inappropriate to be invoked in the instant case as it differs from the instant case.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
