2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Purport of claim and appeal

The first instance court.

A. On January 9, 2014, pursuant to Article 4 of the Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Ordinance on the Establishment and Management of Parking Lots, the Defendant publicly announced an electronic bid for the selection of a public parking lot trustee (hereinafter “instant bid”) (Seoul Metropolitan City Seo-gu Public Notice B), and the main contents are as follows:

1. Matters referred to the tender;

(a) Tender name: 7,618,000 won for 16th, 7,618,000 of the non-high-end public parking lot, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on the estimated number of parking spaces for parking lots classified by electronic bidding by the entrusted manager of the

(b) Parking lots subject to bidding;

2. Entrusted management period: A contract that may be changed on February 20, 2014 through February 19, 2015 (one year) - February 19, 2015 shall be based on a one-year unit, and may be operated for a total of three years by extending twice.

3. Submission of tenders and payment of deposits;

(a) Period: 11:00 to January 15, 2014 (water) 16:00;

(b) Presenter: Onnuri (htp:/www.onb.co.kr);

4. Date, time, venue, and venue of opening: PC for the Seo-gu traffic and tender execution officers on January 16, 2014;

8. Payment and reversion of bid bond;

(a)the bidder shall pay an amount equivalent to 5/100 of the amount to be tendered (not less than the estimated price) to the account given to the bidder on the “Ondod” bidding screen until the time when the electronic bidding is closed, and the fees for the payment of the bid bond shall be borne by the tenderer;

B. If the successful bidder fails to conclude the contract within the prescribed date (seven days after the successful bidder was selected) without justifiable grounds, the bid bond will belong to our old (Defendant).

11. Entrusted management contract and commencement of operation;

(a) A successful tenderer shall enter into a contract after paying the annual user fee within seven days from the date on which the successful tenderer is determined;

(c) The contract may be concluded two times per year for a total of three years, and the extension contract shall be concluded by 60 days before the expiration of the contract period, and the full amount of the user fee shall be paid in advance for one year by 30 days before the commencement of the extension.

14. Matters of attention following the electronic tender;

(a) The bid shall dispose of the electronic assets of the Korea Asset Management Corporation.
