A. Party status C is a contractor and insured of insurance products D basic franchise (from November 21, 2012 to November 21, 2016; hereinafter “instant insurance”) sold by the Defendant. The Plaintiff is the deceased’s child and beneficiary of the instant insurance, and the Defendant is an insurer who sold the instant insurance to the Deceased on November 21, 2012.

According to the instant insurance, the insurance amount is KRW 120,000,000 in the event of death due to injury.

B. Of the terms and conditions of the instant insurance contract, Article 18 (Reasons for Non-Payment of Insurance Money) (2) The company shall not pay the pertinent insurance money in the event that, unless otherwise agreed by the company, the insured (person subject to insurance) has any ground for payment of insurance money related to injury under Article 16 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) due to the following acts for the purposes of occupation, duties

1. Specialized light team (referring to a team that misleads the ground wall or ice wall, or requires special skills, experience, and advance training using professional light equipment), Bangladesh steering, and Scar;

Racing, demonstration, entertainment (including practice for this purpose), or test operation by motor boats, motor vehicles, or Lao (Provided, That if any ground for the payment of insurance proceeds occurs while a trial operation is conducted on a public road, it shall be guaranteed to the public road);

Article 1 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) of the Special Terms and Conditions for Death Security (Types of and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Insurance Contract for Death in the course of a person who is engaged in the duties of a crew member of a vessel, a fishing vessel, a private aircraft, or other duties to board a vessel on board the vessel on his duty.

The term "special terms and conditions" shall be "special terms and conditions" and "the insurance period of this special terms and conditions".
