1. On July 8, 2013, Defendant A, at around 20:30 on July 20, 2013, the Defendant, while drinking together with the president of the Seongbuk-gu Seoul H organization I, the victim B (the age of 48), and the member J in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, caused a dispute with the victim on the ground that the Defendant stated that “the president shall pay 50,000 won if the president has paid membership fees.”
