However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On June 15, 2010, the Defendant against the victim C made a false statement to the victim C, at the office E office in Gangnam-gu, where the Defendant had been operated by the Defendant on June 15, 2010, that he purchased the F Industrial Complex site from the company E (Co., Ltd.) and paid down payment and intermediate payment to the victim C. If the Defendant borrowed KRW 50 million as expenses incurred in the transfer of ownership and the transfer of ownership need to be incurred, the remainder shall be paid, and if the Defendant received the transfer of ownership of the land for a factory and received the loan as collateral, he/she would complete payment of KRW 60 million including interest of KRW 10 million until July 10, 2010.

However, at the time of fact, the Defendant did not have any particular income, and E did not operate after incorporation, and even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have any intent or ability to repay it, even if he borrowed money from the victim, it was thought that he borrowed money from the victim and used it to repay his personal debt.

Nevertheless, on June 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) received KRW 13 million from the “I Law Office” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) as such, the Defendant received KRW 13 million from the “I Law Office

F. 21. The Defendant was transferred KRW 37 million to the National Bank Account (J) in the name of the Defendant.

In this respect, the Defendant acquired 50 million won from the victim on two occasions.

2. On May 25, 2011, the Defendant against the Victim K in Mapo-gu, Seoul, included a large amount of money in the following: (a) around May 25, 201, the Defendant: (b) in M Hospital located in Mapo-gu, Seoul; (c) there is a good prospect for the business of selling a charnel house; and (d) there is a good opportunity to include a large amount of money.

I believe that profits are high and make investments, and if investments of KRW 100 million are made, I may receive a large amount of profits other than the principal after one month;

Since there are many investments in money, there is a large amount of money to be distributed to B.
