On August 2, 2018, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Western Branch of Busan District Court on August 2, 2018.

On July 23, 2019, at around 05:56, the Defendant, who was punished for drunk driving, driven an Eystex knex vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.031% from the section of approximately 2 km from the Busan Jin-gu B apartment to the front road located in the Busan Jin-gu C to the Busan Jin-gu.
