A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a pro-friendly living in D (the defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on October 24, 2013) and E (the suspension of prosecution on September 17, 2013) is a pro-friendly living of the defendant, and F (the defendant was sentenced to one year and one year of imprisonment in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on October 1, 2013) is a pro-friendly life of the defendant.

Accordingly, those who want to obtain smartphones from the Defendant, which are the main objects of DNA, called E to contact the F and purchase the said smartphones from D.
Accordingly, on June 13, 2013, D purchased 2,80,000,000 won in total from the market price of the victims who were not aware of the names they purchased from taxi engineers at around 17:00,00, in front of the I Studio in Busan City. At around 17:0, D purchased 2,80,000 won in total with knowledge of the fact that the price of smartphone 20,000 won in total, which is the victim's possession of the victims who were not aware of the names they purchased from the taxi engineers, and contact F with all of the above circumstances to F and sell 20,000 won in the LYF YK apartment located in front of the K regularly in Daegu-gu, Daegu at around 19:00 on the same day, F transferred this to E, around that time, to the 19:00 on August 20, 2013.
