Defendants, I, and H made a lecture against the applicants for membership recruitment, and Defendant B conspired to provide the Defendants with an account for membership deposit, to manage the Defendants’ account and the members’ money deposited into the account in the name of each juristic person of this case, and to take charge of the disbursement of funds including the payment of allowances to the members. Defendant C solicited to make an investment against the applicants for membership, and Defendant A, while taking charge of the overall administration of each juristic person of this case, including the payment of subscription fees paid by the members, shall take charge of the general administration of the operation of the respective juristic person of this case, including the payment of subscription fees to the members and the payment of subscription fees to the members.
