except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On October 6, 2016, at around 02:25, the Defendant: (a) discovered an EMW530I car owned by the victim D, which was parked therein, in front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu Incheon Building; (b) was collected from the substitute tin (30cm x 25cm x 25cm) which is a dangerous object located near the place; and (c) was removed from the window of the driver’s seat and the driver’s seat door of the said car, thereby impairing its utility by putting a defect in the above glass and door of the market value of KRW 3,985,025, and tried to steal money and valuables by entering the said car into the said car, but it did not have been achieved due to the failure of glass.

2. The Defendant attempted to steal money and valuables by entering a vehicle with the glass on the behalf of the victim F, who was parked therein at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, and attempted to steal the money and valuables on the part of the victim, but did not have the glass on the vehicle, at the same time and at the same place as that of the preceding paragraph.

3. Around 02:30 on October 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s JEFna car in front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu H building and thought to steal money and valuables on the vehicle; (b) collected the substitute seat (30cm x 25cm x 25cm x 2cm) which is a dangerous object in the vicinity of the vehicle; (c) destroyed the above vehicle’s free will of driving in an amount equivalent to KRW 962,432 won at the market; and (d) destroyed the above vehicle’s free will of driving in an amount of KRW 50 million owned by the victim in a contact; and (e) destroyed five, five, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, two, one, two construction business, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, and one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, and one, one, a AAFD card.

4. On October 6, 2016, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender due to such larceny in the Incheon Western Police Station L Zone located in the Seo-gu Incheon Western, Seo-gu, Incheon, and was arrested as a flagrant offender.
