On November 4, 2007, the defendant became a member of the Guro Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Labor Association") after opening the Guro Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Roster").

The Defendant F resigned on January 6, 2016, and the Plaintiffs requested the Labor Union Council to dispatch the temporary president of the Defendant Party Council, and the Labor Union Council dispatched G on February 22, 2016 to the temporary president of the Labor Council.

G The president of the Defendant Party 1: (a) claimed that the Plaintiffs were in the position of the members of the Defendant Party 1; (b) exercised his authority; (c) on April 24, 2016, H announced the Defendant’s temporary convening of the Joint Council; and (d) on May 1, 2016, 203, 203 incumbent members (including 60 delegated heads) held a temporary Joint Council (hereinafter “Temporary Joint Council of May 1, 2016”); (c) on May 1, 2016, at the temporary Joint Council of 1, 2016, the 16th provisional disposition (hereinafter “1st provisional disposition”) to elect I as the president of the 6th provisional disposition (hereinafter “6th provisional disposition”) and the 16th provisional disposition (hereinafter “2nd provisional disposition”) to withdraw from the 16th provisional disposition (hereinafter “16th provisional disposition”). The Plaintiffs were not subject to the said temporary convening of the G Party 2’s 16th provisional disposition (hereinafter “16th provisional disposition”).

The parts relating to the instant case in the Defendant’s articles of incorporation (hereinafter “instant articles of incorporation”) are as follows:
