[Criminal record] On March 12, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for an attempted special larceny at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 6, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. On March 7, 2016, from around 18:47 to 18:58 the same day, the Defendant was living in the victim D of Seoul Special Metropolitan City C, which was prepared by using the crepane in advance the victim’s absence, and installed a corrected window after removing the dracker’s window, and thereby infringing the victim’s house into the victim’s residence, and thereby making the victim’s dracked one, half half, one half, one half, one half, one KRW 180,00 won in cash, one gift coupon, one KRW 100,000 in total, and 10,000 won in cash, and KRW 10,000 in total, together with property owned by the victims during the night period from March 25, 2016, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table. < Amended by Act No. 14068, Mar. 25, 2016>

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the residence at night and stolen each property owned by the victims.

2. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 19:40 on March 25, 2016, at the victim E’s residence in Seoul Special Metropolitan Cityro-Gu; (b) around 19:40, the Defendant: (c) opened a crime prevention window and opened a corrected window; and (d) intruded the victim’s residence into the victim’s residence, thereby having one half of the amount of KRW 180,000 owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by destroying part of the door at night and impairing the residence.
