1. Larceny;

A. 3. Fraud;

A. On February 24, 2017, the Defendant, at around 20:30 on February 24, 2017, sent the same attitude to pay the victim the alcohol value to the victim at the 3st room of “K” entertainment week in the operation of the Victim J in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, and ordered entertainment services.
