A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On May 27, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on the part of May 27, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in Anyang Prison on October 8, 201.
【Criminal Facts】
1. At around 08:00 on June 6, 2013, the Defendant served as a thief in a club located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Taewon-dong with the victim C.
Since then, on June 17, 2013, the Defendant got to drink with the victim, and went to the “Eudio” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The victim, under the influence of alcohol, stolen the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 700,000 per the 6 mobile phone market value and KRW 50,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, and in the mobile phone case, 320,000,000,000 market value of 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, and 2C credit card.
2. On June 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act purchased goods at G convenience stores operated by the victims’ names in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, as if the Defendant were the lawful holder of the Nonghyup Card, and issued the said Nonghyup Card and paid KRW 2,000 for the purchase price.
Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the above victim, received goods equivalent to the market value of 2,000 won from the victim and used the debit card which was stolen.
From the same day until 19:12 of the same day, the Defendant, as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, by deceiving the victims on a total of eight occasions, and received goods of an amount of 20,500 won at the market price from the victims and used the stolen credit card.
3. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was arrested by the police box box of a Lee Dong-won located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around 08:0 on June 29, 2013 to 08:30 on the same day for the criminal facts under the above paragraph (1), and is in the police box under the influence of alcohol.
