A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for twelve years.
Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Punishment of the crime
On December 26, 2008, the Defendant was married with Victim C (V, 62 years of age) on December 30, 2010, but was divorced on December 30, 2010. Around that time, the Defendant was a person who had been engaged in daily work while living for a woman around a river basin or for a elderly without a certain residence.
Even after being divorced with the victim, the defendant frequently found the victim residing in Suwon-si D or 101 frequently and intruded into the house glass, or caused the victim not to open the door, and caused the victim to go unfolded from time to time by taking face on the door, threatening the victim.
1. 2. As above, the Defendant: (a) intruded on the Victim C’s house, reported to the police; (b) contacted the police officer in charge to attend the police station to undergo an investigation on June 18, 2012; and (c) contacted the victim with “recombined”; (b) however, the victim heard from the victim the phrase “I” that “I have to move to the Defendant’s domicile, and to open inside the outside of the Defendant’s seat”; and (c) prepared a multi-purpose knife (the total length of 19cm, the knife length of 8cc) with drinking alcohol around June 19, 2012 at the victim’s house, and would not accept the victim’s request for adjudication to find the same at the victim’s house, I am the victim with the said knife.
At around 17:20 on June 19, 2012, the Defendant met the victim who was waiting for about 10 minutes in front of the victim’s residence and returned home. However, the Defendant “if you want to go home immediately, or if you want to live with another male.”
