1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 40,408,230 and KRW 39,204,452 among them, per annum from January 3, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the plaintiff's claim Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 3, the facts as to the reasons for the claim can be acknowledged.
According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the principal and interest of the instant loan amounting to KRW 40,408,230 (as of January 2, 2020) and the principal amounting to KRW 39,204,452 at the rate of 13.9% per annum from January 3, 2020 to the date of full payment.
2. Conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is justified and acceptable.
