1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,60,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from January 1, 2019 to March 6, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The portion dismissed: The Plaintiff sought for the payment of damages for delay from December 31, 2018, but it is apparent that December 31, 2018 is the due date for payment. Therefore, the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay from December 31, 2018 is rejected.
