Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a trading business operator of a secondhandphone who resides in Korea.
The Defendant listened to the horses that, if the Defendant sells second-hand cellphones to East Asia, such as Vietnam, it would have more profits than domestic sales, and, until December 2014, decided to sell second-hand cellphones to Vietnam in a way of carrying 37 and 38 third-class and 115 in total purchased at domestic agencies, etc. or Internet-going goods sales sites, and transported it to Vietnam, and then sell it on the spot of Vietnam.
