1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 51,643,056 and the period from June 19, 2002 to November 30, 2006.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The amendment of the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuit is subject to the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, and thus, the part of the claim in excess of the scope is dismissed.
