Defendant

A is the director in charge of contracts related to electrical construction from among E projects undertaken by the victim's lot construction (ju) in Daegu Dong-gu, and Defendant B is the director in charge of F, the subordinate corporation of the lot construction (ju).

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A.
