However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Defendant

A is the principal of E elementary school from September 1, 2009 to January 31, 2012, who has overall control over property management, such as compilation and execution of the above school budget, contract affairs, etc., and Defendant B is the business employee of F Co., Ltd. who works as the business employee of E Co., Ltd. who performs human turdy and carbon packaging work.

In January 7, 2010, the E elementary school was selected as a school subject to a school playground development project from the Gwangju Metropolitan City Office of Education on or around January 7, 2010, and around June 3, 2010, Gwangju Metropolitan City received subsidies of KRW 120,000,000 from Gwangju Metropolitan City and has established and implemented a promotion plan for a school playground development project from July 14, 2010.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 11, 2010, at around 16:30, the Defendant accepted a bribe in relation to his official duties, from the office of the principal of the E Elementary School located in Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant: (a) from the business employees of F Company F, in relation to the selection of an enterprise from the construction company of the above playground development project; and (b) received two roots in the market price, which were purchased by B from H, at the intervals of KRW 10 million; and (c) received two roots in relation to the public official’s official duties.

On September 21, 2010, around 19:30, the Defendant received a bribe in relation to his/her duties, on the ground that B was a three million won- or more at the market price unsatis H, and the Defendant received a three million won- or more from the heart H, under the above purport, at around 19:30 on September 21, 2010.

B. On October 11, 2010, the Defendant requested a bribe at a restaurant where the trade name in the Yandong in Gwangju Northern-dong is unknown, and the J and the meals, which is the management director of F, corporation F, was a member of the city council in the former city of common friendship, the above K asked J to the effect that “I would be the member of the city council in the city council within the E Elementary School budget.” The Defendant asked J to the effect that “I would be the member of the city council in the city council within the city council within the city council within the city council in the former city of common friendship. I would like to talk through B, a business operator.”
