Punishment of the crime
C is the owner of "Emazine" located in Ansan-si D and fourth floor, and F and the defendant are the employees of the above business establishment.
On August 23, 2016, the Defendant was employed by C as a condition for receiving KRW 30,000 per day from C, and was engaged in sexual traffic brokerage business by receiving KRW 100,000 from the police officer G at the police officer's seat on August 23, 2016, and promising F to engage in similarity (on hand) in the smuggling room in the business place.
