For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court determined that the first instance court’s measure, which found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged, was justifiable, and rejected the grounds of appeal on the mistake of facts that dispute the intention

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding intentional injury in the crime of injury or by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, which affected the conclusion of the judgment.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
