1. The defendant's 50,00 US dollars and 5% per annum from December 28, 2008 to February 6, 2018 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On May 14, 2008, the Defendant agreed to pay USD 50,00 to C in 10,000 from August 2008 to December 27, 2008, and C transferred the above claim against the Defendant to the Plaintiff on November 28, 2016, and notified the Defendant of the transfer.

Accordingly, the plaintiff claims the payment of the above transfer money and the damages for delay.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
