1. The defendant shall pay 125,000,000 won to the plaintiff.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons

1. On July 8, 2009, the Plaintiff leased (301) No. 125 million won, and the period from July 17, 2009 to July 16, 201, the lease was explicitly renewed. The Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the termination on May 22, 2014, and the said lease was terminated on August 23, 2014, and thus, the Defendant is obligated to return the deposit amount of KRW 125 million to the Plaintiff.

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act based on a brief indication of the grounds for the judgment.
