1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 15,00,000 for the Plaintiff, and KRW 5% per annum from September 12, 2015 to May 20, 2016; and (b) May 21, 2016 for the Plaintiff.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 3, 2009, the Plaintiff completed a marriage report with C on June 3, 2009 and has one child (six years of age) among them.
B. From around 2006, C was hedging with the Defendant around the time of marriage between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff. Since 2006, C had concealed the fact of marriage with the Plaintiff and maintained a ties by reconcing the fact of marriage with the Defendant, and by linking the Defendant again.
C. From around 2012, the Defendant was doubtful about C’s marriage avoiding one’s marriage with oneself. During that process, C sent his family relation certificate and marriage relation certificate to the Defendant, which altered as if he were unmarried by mobile phone text messages, to raise doubt of the Defendant.
Around March 2015, the Defendant confirmed C and his children’s photographs from C’s Kakakao Stockholm propy photographs, and came to know of the fact that C had been son, which was called to the Plaintiff on March 25, 2015, and arranged the relationship with C with C.
E. However, from May 2015, C requested the Defendant to reply again while speaking to the effect that he had contacted with the Defendant and transferred all the property owned by C to the Plaintiff. From that time, the Defendant also maintained a connection with C by sending a mobile phone text message with C from time to time to time to time to time to “I wish to report”, and during that process, C sent a mobile phone text message with the content that “I would have difficult to feel because I would like to feel the face of the Party I would like to feel,” or “I would like to send a cell phone text message with the content that “I would like to feel the Party I would like to feel the Party I would like to feel the Party’s face.”

2. Determination
A. A third party also participates in a marital life of another person, thereby causing a failure of a marital life, etc., and thus, a marital life falling under the essence of the marriage.
