Punishment of the crime
On May 21, 2013, at around 00:35, the Defendant driven a vehicle for transportation of CST3 in the state of alcohol 0.110% alcohol concentration at about 7%) in the direction of “the wind dynabane Pream” located in the Pung-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, by the front side of the same 131-1 spring water table.
