The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 17:40 on May 21, 2015, at D department stores located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) on the ground that, in calculating the location, the above department stores employees E (n.e., female, age 43), the victim E (n.e., age 43) would be bad; and (c) on the ground that “the Defendant spits down the victim’s face while taking a bath, and prices the part on the floor of the hand.”
Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against the victim's body.
