1. On June 15, 2013, around 02:50 on June 15, 2013, the injured Defendant considered that the victim D (the age of 36) committed an indecent act against the female-friendly Gu of the Defendant at C convenience stores located in Chuncheon City B, and caused the victim’s head at one time, walking the shoulder part of the victim’s head at one time, 3 times in his/her hands, and assaulting the sloping face, etc., thereby causing approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim.

2. The Defendant was arrested in the act of violence at the time, place, as stated in paragraph (1) above, and was on board the back seat of the patrol vehicle E 112.

At around 03:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the above patrol vehicle to have approximately KRW 542,923 of its repair cost, such as fishing exchange, by walking down even door on the right side, on the ground that the police officer did not open the door in front of the G District Office of the Chuncheon Police Station G District Office located in Chuncheon City, 03:20 on the same day.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the patrol car used by public offices, thereby harming its utility.
