Since there is no history of criminal punishment against the defendant, the defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflects his mistake, the defendant has divorced from the mother of the victim, and the mother of the victim decided to rear the victim, the defendant is less likely to again stop the crime against the victim, and the victim expressed his/her intent that he/she does not want the punishment against the defendant in the first instance, etc. are favorable to the defendant.
