Criminal facts
On July 4, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.187% during blood transfusions. On the fluench of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant driven B-sale car at approximately 300 meters from the fluence of the telephone station in the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul to the 79th road, as Seoul National Assembly.
