On August 8, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.083% of blood alcohol level on August 8, 2015, operated B ASEAN at approximately 200 meters from the front of Gangnam-gu Seoul to the front of the same new-dong 641 Franchising hotel.
