1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,397,155 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 29, 2015 to the date of full payment.
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective Oct. 1, 2015); and the part of the claim for delay damages under Article 2(2) of the Addenda of the same Regulation, which exceeds the annual 15% after October 1, 2015, is dismissed.
